CaravellTrade Delivery charges effective on all orders after March 1st 2007 to UK Mainland
The contribution to delivery charges are based on the prevailing Retail Price:
Below £400 £10 per product
£400 - £999 £15 per product
£1000 - £1999 £25 per product
£2000 + £40 per product
Remotes / Coldrooms POA
Irish Delivery Charges:
Below £999 £30 per product
£1000 - £1999 £50 per product
£2000 + £80 excluding remotes
Remotes / Coldrooms POA
Special delivery prices:
Stairwalker £75
Extra Man £70 per person
Overnight Delivery £75 per unit
AM/PM Required £50 per unit
Specified Time (between 0900 – 1700) £100 per unit
Out of Hours (between 1800 – 0800) POA
Additional Time on Site £14 per person per hour
All Offshore Islands POA
This cost includes delivery to site, positioning unpacking and removal of packaging.
These are subject to Caravell Terms and Conditions, extra charges apply for those deliveries that are not to a clear and level site or require additional services.
We believe these costs are amongst the most competitive within the industry, they in no way reflect the actual cost of delivering goods to your Customer.
Warranty
Caravell Range
All Caravell products include a 2 year parts warranty in support of our confidence in our products.
Scanfrost Range
All Scanfrost products come with 1 years parts only warranty.
Additional 1 year Labour 6% of unit cost, Min of £30.00 / €44.00
Additional 2 years Parts & Labour 12% of unit cost, Min of £50.00 / €74.00
Service
Our nationwide network of fully product trained service engineers are ready to respond in the unlikely event that something should go wrong. In addition to this, our technical service staff are always on hand to offer advice and are often able to resolve technical issues over the telephone.
Our dedicated service office is staffed by experienced personnel, skilled in ensuring that work is carried out with the minimum of inconvenience to the end user.
